AC compressor issue - fuse is in the
Off position and can’t be reset into the on position, yet when I turn on my AC I can hear a click and then a hum on the outside compressor fan. The capacitor is good, but the fan isn’t turning. Are there any AC pros that can tell me what might be happening?
