banh mi cha lua
Pork terrine, pate, pickled daikon & carrot, jalapeno and cliantro on a wheat and rice flour baguette. I could eat one of these every day.

Had a surprisingly good one in SLC the other day. The cold cut combo at Oh Mai. It has ham and headcheese in addition to the pork terrine, but that was a quality banh mi.
