And the cloud storage and saving of videos comes with iCloud+, which was something I was already paying for because of the expanded iCloud storage for my devices.

Plus anything that works with the Homekit platform is more encrypted and private rather than using a bunch of third party apps. And it’s nice to have all camera feeds in one spot. The Euphy cameras I got were really cheap too.

Previously I was using Wyze which wanted a third party sub for certain things and have some privacy concerns.

But there may be better home security options, not sure about that part.
