college sports? My understanding was a judge issued an injunction against enforcing transfer rules, but the case was still pending. Is it still pending?

People act as though unlimited transfers with no penalty is here to stay unless a collective bargaining deal is reached. But is that the case? Could the court case restore some sanity?
