Your characterization that he "wasn't welcome" is even more odd. Not welcomed vs
"You probably won't get the playing time you're expecting"
Different messages.
And if Isaac chose to go to USU and get more playing time rather than riding the bench at BYU, isn't that still a "flip" of his decision.
