I like Hive and Swarm for Utah's NHL team.
Both are unique and have a tie to Utah history.
Yeti is alright, but that's a very specific legend from a very specific place.
A bunch of ok ones. Caribou would be weird though. An animal from a colder region but zero ties to Utah. Polar Bears or Arctic Fox have just as much of a tie.
Venom, Furry, and Powder are no bueno.
