My wife and I talk all the time about the quality of our meals at places we've eaten. However we do so quietly and keep it at our table. We've experienced others at times voicing their opinions loudly and demonstratively so that everyone can hear them as is they are that important that we should game on their every word. Personally I fine it tacky and shows poor taste and character.
