That guy is wrong. Muller is yard behind. I think he means Maz, but still wrong.
Rudiger's foot is keeping Mazraoui on. It looks a little weird because Mazraoui and De Ligt are sort of jumbled together and De Ligt blocks the view of Rudiger's foot. De Ligt was probably in an offside position, but he doesn't play the ball. Mazraoui was on.
