Why? I must admit I'm libertarian on this, but why do we need to "save"
the corporations from making terrible/stupid decisions? As a fan of BYU, I hate it our place within the (current) NIL situation...but I definitely don't feel bad for corporations throwing money at players with out contracts/guarantees.
As VACOUGFAN said above, it will calm down eventually (i.e. companies are going to be more selective and frugal with the "marketing" dollars).
