For the cash I’ll need, usually start with 500-600 euros. Then I primarily use credit cards to pay for everything and I buy in euros so the CC converts for the better rate. If I get short in cash, I use a bank ATM, usually use my Charles Schwab debt card since it refunds me all atm fees internationally.
