Biggest flaw is the serial nature of most of the storyline, compared to the story arcs modern shows have. I think in the future the best TV will be chosen from the last 30 years, with a handful of earlier ones like MASH or ST:TNG on the list, but mostly dominated by post-Seinfeld comedies and dramas of the Sopranos/Breaking Bad/Game of Thrones era.
