BTW, we have used solar powered ultrasonic snake repellent stakes. They seem to work well for us.

OK, poisonous snake are a different story. I would kill a copperhead snake if I saw one in my yard.

Good point. I couldn't say whether or not a copperhead is poisonous. Seems like it probably wouldn't be.
