If the NBA media rights deal is 2x+ the current deal, will some super max players eclipse $100m in a single year?
Jaylen Brown is currently set to make $65m in 2029. The NBA salary cap (and thus the super max) is just math, league revenue goes up, salary cap goes up, super max goes up.

We are already giving out contracts that will touch $65m in 5 years. So if the media rights deal gets crazy (which is a significant portion of league revenue), will we cross $100m paid to a player in salary in a single year?

Maybe by the time Anthony Edwards is due for a contract extension in 5 years? (Second max contracts pay more)
