With their schedules, trying to find time for all of us to watch a longer show is more difficult. Then when we do watch it, there seems to be more filler added that just isn't interesting, so we all end up getting distracted.

Maybe using the words "household is struggling" was the wrong choice of words. Not a third-world problem, just an observation. We used to enjoy Survivor more, and we're enjoying it less due to how they are constructing longer episodes. That's all.
