Minor League Baseball would be a comparison. Not in that they are paid but in the interest from fans in a group of athletes that play for the love of the game and fans love the experience. Of course the young men want to go to the big leagues but the fans are there for the joy of the game.

There’s money out there if the experience is something the public wants.
