Kareem also played in the 70s pre-merger in a league with much less talent
I never watched Kareem, especially prime Kareem, but he also wasn’t winning much in his prime. Shaq won 3 titles in a row and was unstoppable when he wanted to be in the early 2000’s.
I can’t say for certain he was more dominant, but I think it’s a question for sure.
