I made a few quick edits. I probably could restructure some sentences, but I think the point gets across a little better now.

#2 I think you are right about the master. I might swap the guest bedroom upstairs and the master.

If you decide against moving the master upstairs, you can always move the door. Or put it behind a bookcase.

I will be using Nudura ICF for the exterior walls, but I plan to use extra Rebar above all doors and windows.
