Protective orders and violations thereof are sometimes a complete con job by the "victim" sometimes a big problem from an out of control perpetrators. Seriously, without further info it means very little to me.

The bad thing here is that nobody is really coming to his defense now-- which makes me wonder if it really a type two situation.
