I think Memphis is the ultimate high risk v high reward program
Unlike BYU you are challenging another P5 market as the SEC owns Memphis. However if you were to some how flip Memphis and make it Big12 country it would be a coup. Driving a stake right back into the SEC just as they did to the Big12 with A&M.
