His wife went out to go to work and the car was gone. It had been repossessed by BofA. They bought the car used from a dealer and paid cash. The dealer had bought it from an auction and drove it as his personal rig for a few years before selling. When it was all said and done it was discovered that BofA had repossessed it, sold it at auction to the dealer, and they was trying to repossess it again. After he made threats of taking them to court, they sent him a settlement check for $2000.
