It gets easier to do, but it always leaves me sick in my stomach. I laugh remembering my first one a long time ago - I was pretty awkward even though I really detested the guy, because you always want to say something that you can't. Now I am a accomplished hack man - less awkward but always painful...especially when it involves a family.

A guy with a family that failed the random drug testing. Totally sucks. I hate drugs - they destroy so many lives.
