One thing that fails to get mentioned, is that Jake was undergoing a lot of personal turmoil as well. It is never easy to have your parents go through a nasty divorce while you are trying to focus on football. I give Jake a ton of credit for the way that he handled things. Had it not been for his father's influence, he would have never left BYU. He has never spoken ill of BYU and actually has promoted us well. I hope he tears it up!
