My wife just had an acquaintance suggest our son has autism because he bites his
Nails and walks on his toes sometimes. This is not a close friend just someone she sees occasionally at playgroup.
All commentary on whether he might be or not aside, how someone can feel comfortable saying stuff like that in a public setting to someone they barely know is mind boggling to me?
