That's plenty. We had an 11am flight and easily made it with a couple hours to spare.
Most likely you can be off by 8 or 9AM but occasionally it takes longer. The latest you should be off the ship is 10AM. It took us 15 minutes to exit on Royal Caribbean and 40 minutes to an hour (we went twice) on Norwegian.
