her she hears about how sick these shots make her friend. From not being able to sleep at night, to being nauseous nearly every day, to feeling like crud and not having any energy. She sounds miserable, but she’s lost about 10 pounds, so it’s all worth it I guess.

Seems like if it makes you feel like crap all the time, it’s really not worth it.
