I currently bench 375, squat 425, and deadlift 450. I'm 6'8", so can't use the little racks at the gym for some exercises, but find a way to make it work. My wife is a good bit younger than me, but she loves going with me in the morning and after work. We get plenty of cardio in most evenings, but we've only been married a couple years — hopefully we stay strong!
Keep lifting brother — no reason you can't add to those numbers at your age!
