Austin and San Antonio had record active listing supply in April
This is according to FED data (really just Realtor.com data ultimately sourced from MLS)
Salt Lake County had its highest April inventory count since 2020 and within 100 listings of 2017 and 2018.
More evidence that in many markets, supply is not the primary issue.
