There are arguments both ways. Personally, I don’t like that the entire aisle is
Immediately wall to wall bodies the second the plan lands. Some people with kids need to access their bags, other people need to get their gear properly put away, some are really short and have trouble reaching the overhead compartment when the ailsle is crammed.

I think people should be allowed to get up and stretch, grab what they need, and sit back down. Be respectful to non-aisle seaters that need to access their stuff.

I’m 6’ 4 and I frequently fly spirit and some of the even more crammed Latin American planes. It’s not hard to get up and stretch before landing and then get up and stretch right after landing, but then sit back down to allow people the ability to access the aisle as welll.
