I love EVs, and Plugin Hybrids, but I really feel like the market doesn't want
them overall.

About a year ago I took advantage of the $4,000 used EV tax credit. I grabbed a used 2016 VW eGolf. It's an awesome little vehicle.

I got it for $16,000. At the time, that was one of the best deals on them. If I look now, they have dropped to 10 or at best $11,000. And that is with about 20,000 less miles than mine has.

I don't think I've ever had a vehicle lose 33% of its value in less than a year. And it's a used vehicle at that.

I've also been watching the prices of some other used EVs, and they're just not getting sold. The prices just keep dropping, and dropping, and dropping.

I really don't think the market wants EVs. Some people do. But not most of the market.
