I usually roll my eyes at that crap, but he articulated it so well, and sounded so sincere, that I truly believed that it was real. Like he and his staff really did believe and implement the philosophy that player EVALUATION of things like does the player high five all his teammates before sitting down when subbing out. Does the player stop and listen to his coach when the coach talks to him after subbing out. Does the player had family or crew that will deter him from developing. Is the player selfish or a team player.

He mentioned that they fully committed to this a few years ago and it’s proven to no only be successful but also be lucrative to the player because the 3rd and 4th leading scorers on last two championship teams either got drafted, or will get drafted.
