Boomers all die in the next 20 yrs and leave their houses & money to GenX & Millenials. Doesn't that pretty much fix
the problem? Sure...our kids might not have homes in their 20s, but seems like things inevitably swing back on the supply side when they're in their 30s and 40s. Right? What am I missing?
