Its a good time to reflect on where you have been before, what happened to overcome it. Sometimes, perspective helps with those paralyzing spurts, and there is no better perspective than your own.
Finding good hobbies/projects at home are also helpful. Ones that don't involve a screen would be better. I find myself too easily going down rabbit holes on my phone for it to be of any help during bad times.
