I was able to meet with buzzard (Lorin) after he posted a few weeks ago his "syonara." We had a great chat about his mission in France and his later trip with his wife back to his mission. He told me he would be watching the cougs play "right behind the quarterback" this fall from the "50 yard line." He was his upbeat self that we all saw here on CB. One of the sad ironies of all this is he lived two houses away from me, in a different ward, and I had no idea he was CB brother. I regret all the times we could have shared stories or watched games together. I am glad I had the opportunity to talk to him that Saturday. He was an avid hiker. He was sure there is hiking in heaven. In fact, he looked forward to seeing the world from a heavenly perspective. Rest in peace my new friend. I will miss you.
