Man Leads Police On Chase, Crashes Into City Vehicle

According to court paperwork, Jared Perry says he ran from police who were trying to pull him over because he had a bottle of liquor in the car and no license. In his statement, he says he paid an unidentified person to "rent" the car for 2 or 3 days, and didn't know it was stolen.
