They don't report individual salaries. That does not mean they don't report overall revenue numbers. If they receive any government funding that would require this disclosure than they would disclose it. And they do receive public funding, like every other school in the country (for example, the federal government imposes several conditions on schools that have students that receive Pell Grants and Stafford Loans; BYU certainly participates in the Pell Grant/Stafford Loan program).
