Our defense will have to improve quite a bit before we’ll be an Elite 8 team. Auburn, Michigan, Ole Miss, and Michigan State all played much more intense and close defensively.

We are still more efficient offensively, so we probably don’t need to entirely bridge that gap gap but we will need to improve. Some of that is personnel which will naturally improve.
