I propose we install those magnetic cranes (like in junkyards) to span the freeway every 5 miles. If a car is not
actively passing in the passing lane, it picks them up and gently moves them to the right lane.
If they get more than 1 offense, it tosses them off the freeway.
If they get more than 1 offense, it tosses them off the freeway.
