My mom is 83. She wants to stay in her house because she is comfortable there.
Will it be a pain for us when she dies? Yes. Is that a small price to pay so the woman that gave me life and made me the man that I am including a lot of the success I have achieved, taught me to read and write, cleaned up my poop and vomit, etc., can live her life out the way she wants?

If I don’t want to clean it up, I’ll pay someone. The value of her house will more than pay for any cleaning. It’s her money not mine. Even if she didn’t have the money. She gave me life.

My mom has been a widow for 25 years. If I can make her life a little bit more comfortable it is a VERY SMALL price to pay compared to the sacrifices she has made for me.
