This is more of a rant. But happy to hear advice.

Did a house build. Things went very smoothly. Almost too smooth. Very good builder. Any issues, and he and his people are in it.

It was finished in July.

The well water has too much tanin and he has had to install a very complex purification/filter system.

It does not work. Still somewhat yellow.

He finally gets a new sub and says our water is awful and needs a complete new system…, $10k.

Contractor sends me the cost.

I’m like….wait a second!!! Your sub installed a system that did not work that was thousands of dollars.

Gonna have a fun conversation when he reruns my call.

Ugh.
