Richie's perimeter D's been pretty shaky, while Knell's has been pretty solid. Yet as an overall defender, we know Richie brings a lot to the table Knell doesn't. Even still, Richie does NOT bring the level of speed to the floor that Mag does.
I was saying last week I didn't think Catchings could defend the 4 alongside Fouss all that well, but I'm changing my mind on that. Kanon continues to show a lot of promise both ways each game. Mihailo, otoh, is not looking all that coachable. Hopefully he turns a corner at some pt, but I don't think we can expect that pt to be all that soon.
Hall - Knell - Richie - Keba-or-Fouss is a really solid 2nd unit. I still think I prefer Keba in that 2nd unit, & I think he prefers to play w Hall, anyway. I could see cases for wanting Fouss's scoring with either the starters or the reserves, though.
