I think it will end because I should have just asked him if the one partner takes 20% this year, how does he get back the 30%? I couldn’t think of a means to do it and doesn’t seem like anyone else can either.

They are really confused about distributions versus reportable income. Not unusual. Two young guys but they have a very cool concept. Their future looks bright from my vantage point. It has been fun being their mentor.
