1. Stop giving the game its own week, and play it on Rivalry Week or something.

2. Keep it how it is now where they are judged on just 11 regular season games (and potentially the AAC CG).

3. Delay the playoff announcement by a week.


Since the chances of them being a true playoff contender are relatively slim; and since it doesn’t really give them any competitive advantage….I think people are okay with the compromise.

I think they should give it its own week, in Week Zero, to kick off the season. We narrowly avoided a big controversy this year. If Army would’ve beaten Notre Dame, they’d’ve been in the Playoff discussion having played one less game than a lot of other teams.
