shooting she might play a little too much this season and perhaps long term she is just a bench player for BYU. Early in the season when she was getting double the minutes of Davenport, I think that was a mistake because Davenport can get going and light it up. Whiting for now doesn't have that offensive potential in her.
Of course now with Hudgins out then Davenport is getting starters minutes too. But maybe even Tanuvasa could catch up and surpass Amari if Tanuvasa is an outside threat.
It actually is bad for an offense to have the ball in a player's hands so much when said player is not a threat to score.
