Either way, you are sort of attacking my comment sideways. My comment was a response to a comment you have now deleted. You told me men and women objectify one another. And that the ability to emotionally connect doesn’t sustain a marriage. My comment was in response to that comment.

You come across as someone who is too young to be married. Or at the very least you and I have very few shared experiences in how our marriages work. Emotional connection is the foundation of my marriage with my wife. The only way it works is to share and enjoy each others experiences and feelings. Her looks were the first thing to get my attention, but if it weren’t for the shared experiences and enjoyment of one another’s lives through emotional connection we would have been divorced a long time ago.
