A few thank you's today in the BYU sports world.
*Thank you to Jay Hill for coming to BYU and apparently staying at BYU. Your knowledge and discipline has been a difference maker.

*Thank you to seniors Tyler Batty, John Nelson, Connor Pay, Brayden Keim, Blake Mangelson and Keanu Hill (and any that I am missing) that have spent 4 years at BYU and have seen ups and downs but ended on a high note. You are all great Cougars! In today's day and age it is not that common (as you can see there are only 6 of you) to stay at the same place for 4+ years and your dedication and sacrifice to BYU will be remembered.

*Thank you to Seniors who have transferred in and been difference makers; guys like Jakob Robinson, Darius Lassiter, Caleb Etienne, Mata'ava Ta'ase, Hinckley Ropati, Logan Lutui, Isaiah Bagnah and Marque Collins (and anyone else I am missing). You guys lifted our play at BYU and I'm glad to call you all Cougars and will wish you well moving forward!

*Thank you to Tom Holmoe for 1)Not being a psycho like the guy down the road 2) Getting BYU into the Big 12 and getting BYU fully in the game for NIL

*An unlikely thank you to Brian Santiago. I will admit, I have not been your biggest fan, but your vision for BYU basketball was great and is on its way to being realized.

*A thank you to Coach Young and staff. I know you had some other great options, but thank you for coming to BYU. You are making a huge difference.

*A thank you to Egor Demin and Kanon Catchings for showing the way. A thank you to AJ Dybantsa (and Xavion Staton) for not judging BYU as many do and looking at what it is. I'm 100% confident you are going to love your choice!

*A thank you to CB. I get along great with most of you, and for those that I don't I wish you nothing but the best this Holiday season. I appreciate my time on this board and you have kept me sane (or the opposite, I don't know). Having read about 777 and then having a friend who I grew up pass away within the last couple of weeks has hit me a bit. Life is short. So today I celebrate both the ideas we share and the ideas we disagree on.

*Lastly, I want to thank Nikola Jokic. Without him, a lot of this wouldn't be possible. (yes this is a joke)
