Is when someone is in an explosion, crash, or fight, and they get cut. But it stops bleeding. So there’s a line of blood down their face but it’s done and it just stays there. It doesn’t bleed more, it doesn’t keep dripping down their face, and for some reason the character isn’t wiping the blood off their face and smearing it everywhere, or trying to get it to stop bleeding.

I don’t know, if there’s blood dripping down anywhere on my body—especially my face—I’d be wiping it off and trying to stop the bleeding.
