Here are the simple steps:
1. Cook macaroni (or pasta of choice) al dente - and not Kraft, just normal elbow Mac noodles
2. Brown 1-2 lbs of ground beef with whatever seasonings you’d like. I go salt/seasoned salt, pepper, garlic powder, and some Italian seasoning. Really whatever you want.
3. In large cast iron skillet (or casserole dish if you don’t have cast iron), put roughly half a block of cream cheese in center and surround with noodles, ground beef, one jar of Prego spaghetti of whatever variety you want, add 1/2 - 1 cup of shredded cheese.
4. Bake at 400 for 15 minutes. Take out of oven and stir before serving.
Kids love it and it saves well as leftovers.
