Orthodontist puts the mouthpiece in the patients mouth and cures it and tears away the mouthpiece, leaving the brackets exactly where they should be.
Saves orthodontist tons of chair time and patience are in braces for a shorter amount of time, with less complications and otho appointments. It's spreading quickly. The doctors seem to love it.
He has two other ortho related parts to his business but this has become the main thing. Has over 100 employees now.

He barely graduated hs. Never took the act. Went to uvu starting at age 26. Then transfered to byu and graduated with a history degree. Worked for a lab while in school and decided to start his own. Got married at 31 and had kids. Grew the business to where/what it is now.
No schooling for it. Just learned as he went. Great entrepreneur and innovator and even inventor in some cases. 6 yrs older than me. Pretty cool story.:)
