I bet we have some guys getting looks they otherwise wouldn't due to the success of the team. I wonder how much synergy we get out of having team first players who are fringe draft picks.

yeah I'd like the matrix to improve to more draftable players with the same mindset. But we will never compete for the mercenary minded top talent (and I'm not sure we want that mindset--michigan is a case in point of talent being only a part of the puzzle). As we compete more and more for that next level of talent I'm optimistic we can stay competitive at the top of the leaguee.
