The tie breaker scenarios are ridiculous. If the tie has to go more than 2 level
Then just put the highest ranked teams in. No sense in Baylor having a chance to win a tie breaker and represent the B12. Donald you can to put your highest ranked teams in there. After a head to head and maybe one other breaker, put in your best.
